The Dodgeball Tournament has been rescheduled for Thursday, October 31st. It will begin at 1pm and for the elementary it will be done by the end of the school day. As a result, the K-3rd grade Halloween party times may vary from classroom to classroom. You will be receiving a forthcoming note with party times from your child's homeroom teacher.

FCCLA/MSFCCLA will be hosting an outdoor movie at the Pride Park Pavilion on Friday, October 25th. We will be showing a double feature, Hotel Transylvania and Gremlins. The movies will begin at dark, with other activities prior to that beginning at 6:00. The cost will be $4.00 per person or $10.00 for a family of three or more. FCCLA/MSFCCLA members will get in free and will get one free item from the concession stand. We will be selling hot dogs, chips, water, soda, candy, and hot chocolate. Members will be expected to work at the concession stand and/or gate, plus help with set-up/clean-up. We should be finished by 10:00 or so. Everyone is invited! Parents are strongly encouraged to come....we hope EVERYONE can come join us for a frighteningly good time! Don’t forget your lawn chairs and blankets!

Our Butter Braids will arrive tomorrow evening, October 22nd at 3:00 pm. To the sellers - Braids need to be frozen within 3 hours of pick up, so please bring something you can keep them cool in. They need to be kept them frozen until you're ready to use them.

The Child Development class, Hannah Bean and Willow Collins, as well as yearbook photographer, Ella Ryan, and Mrs Pickle, had the pleasure of joining the preschool at McWilliams' Pumpkin Patch on Friday. What a fun morning! On our return, we were joined by Cory and Jasmine Lamb with their adorable children Amelia and Asher.



FCCLA Officers and guests had a bonding night on Friday, eating at Simpson's Old Time Cafe and screaming at the Bakersfield Haunted House. It was a memorable night!

If anyone has ordered from the 7th grade Little Caesar's fundraiser, orders will be ready to pick up this coming Thursday, October 24th. We are going to start having orders available for pick up immediately after school on Thursday in the FEMA building. As of now, we hope to have all orders picked up by 5:30. If you would like your order sent home with a student, please let the student and Mrs. Dillinger know as soon as possible. Thank you all for your support!! Our class truly appreciates it!

Parents/grandparents of BHS 2020 seniors: There will be a senior parent meeting in the FEMA building at 6:00 on Monday, October 21. Mrs Summers will be talking to you about the FASFA and other things and then the senior class sponsors will share a little about class finances, graduation, and Project Graduation. Please plan on attending.

6th grade was super proud of their math tests today and most wanted to hang them on "The Fridge" for all to see!
