Due to the storm that occurred in Springfield this week, the Dickerson Park Zoo is closed until further notice. Therefore, we have made other arrangements for the field trip this Friday, May 2nd.
Students will attend a movie at the Glass Sword in West Plains on Friday morning, and we will treat them to pizza afterwards. Depending on the weather, we will either take them to the park for lunch, or if it is too rainy, we will return to school.
Due to seating capacity, the theatre is only open to students and teachers. Mrs. Bean is working diligently to ensure that money intended for the original zoo trip is returned to parents as quickly as possible. We appreciate your understanding.
