Attention Track Athletes: Track Practice on Monday, February 28th will be moved to the afternoon at the school. Practice will be at 3:00 PM tomorrow.

The Hospitality and Tourism class recently finished researching and creating a project on differing types of jobs in the food industry. Braxton Harper created a food truck and served hibachi-style meat, noodles, and rice. Randall Caraway served chili dogs in his professional ballgame stadium. Kayla Binkley's amusement park concessions served corn dogs, fresh squeezed lemonade, and cotton candy. And Izzy Pearson's cruise ship dessert buffet included an apricot-chocolate torte and a slushy punch that was very popular!

Attention 5th-6th Grade Basketball parents:
Practices for this Wednesday and Thursday are cancelled. A new practice schedule will be sent home and both boys and girls will have practice next Tuesday and Wednesday. Next Tuesday, March 1, Boys will practice from 3:45 to 5:00, and girls will practice from 3:45-5:30. Wednesday, March 2, Boys will practice from 3:45-5:30, and girls will practice from 3:45 to 5:00.

Calendar Update for the 2021-2022 School Year
Senior Graduation will be Friday, May 20 at 6 PM in the Jerry Taylor Gymnasium
8th Grade Promotion will be Thursday, May 19 at 7 PM in the Jerry Taylor Gymnasium
The LAST DAY OF SCHOOL (as of 2-18-22 without future weather days or other required make-up days) will be Tuesday, May 24.

Due to the bus accident that the Kosh athletes were involved in, the games scheduled for Thursday, February 17 have been canceled. Please keep the players and Kosh School District in your thoughts and prayers for a speedy recovery for all involved in the Kosh school community.

Boys and Girls High School Basketball both in action on Tuesday the 15th. Boys at Winona starting at 6 with JV and V. Girls HOME vs Dora starting at 6 with V and then half JV to follow. GO LIONS!!

Please remember to get your child’s required immunization(s) if you received a letter which was mailed January 25th. PLEASE, if you have not taken your child for these immunizations, make an appointment to do so. Reminder: FBLA will be leaving the school at 7:30 Friday morning (2/11/22) for FBLA Districts. Make sure to come dressed in Official Business attire. If you have extra dress shoes, ties, etc... bring them just in case.

Thursday February 10th basketball at the Jerry Taylor Gymnasium vs Alton starting at 5:00 with JV girls, JV boys and V girls.

Spring Pictures are tomorrow, February 10. In a few weeks, students will receive a proof of their portrait and background options. Orders can be placed then. No money is needed at this time.
