Special Education - Sue Kiel
My name is Sue Kiel and I have worked for the Bakersfield School district for 6 years as a Special Education Teacher. I teach a SFA reading class in the mornings. During the rest of the day I work with students who come to my classroom to work on independent skills in the areas of Math and Language. Students also come to my room for testing in Social Studies, Science, Language and Math.
I want to wish everyone a wonderful Holiday break! We have been working on some exciting stories in out reading class. We just finished with Pocahontas and today we have started S-S-Snakes. The students love the expository text we have been reading. I want to encourage you to read with and have your child read with you over the Christmas break. I will be offering a nice reward if they will bring me back some read and responds signed after Christmas. Please, Please, Please keep them READING!!!!!!!
